What we collect, why, and on what legal basis
Demo request form: name, work email and company. Used only to answer your request and arrange a demo. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
Home waitlist form: email only. Used only to tell you when the home version is available. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect what was done before.
Server logs: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser and time of the request. Used only to run the site securely. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Providing your data is optional, but without it we cannot answer a request or add you to the waitlist.
How long we keep it
Demo requests: 24 months from our last contact, unless a contract follows. Waitlist emails: until we send the launch message, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first. Hosting logs: as set by the provider, normally a few days.
Who receives it
Only our own staff, and providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement: Vercel Inc. (website hosting). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Vercel is based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR arts. 45–46).
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, or object to its processing (GDPR arts. 15–21), by writing to info@emrlabs.it. We answer within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
